Polish ice fishing

Pete Kowalski decided to go ice fishing one winter's day. As he started drilling his hole a voice from above said "There are no fish under the ice!"

Three times he started to drill, and three times he heard the same words.

Finally he looked toward the sky and asked "Is that you, Lord?"

"No, stupid" came the reply, "I'm the hockey rink announcer."
